Paired Antibody for Human Ciliary neurotrophic factor
The two antibodies for CNTF have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of CNTF in Human samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0. 6 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.34 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
