Paired Antibody for Human Cyclin-dependent kinase 4

The two antibodies for CDK4 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of CDK4 in Bovine, Horse, Pig, Dog, Goat samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.5 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
