Paired Antibody for Human Cyclin-dependent kinase 11A
The two antibodies for CDK11A have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of CDK11A in Bovine, Pig, Dog, Goat, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
