Paired Antibody for Human C-C motif chemokine 7

The two antibodies for CCL7 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of CCL7 in Rat, Guinea pig, Pig, Dog, Rabbit, Goat samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.5 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
