Paired Antibody for mouse C-C chemokine receptor-like 2
The two antibodies for Ccl2 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of Ccl2 in Mouse, Bovine, Pig, Chicken samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.7 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
