Paired Antibody for Human C-C motif chemokine 2

The two antibodies for CCL2 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of CCL2 in Rat, Mouse, Guinea pig, Bovine, Horse, Pig, Dog, Chicken samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.2 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
