The Cat T-cell surface glycoprotein CD8 alpha chain(CD8A) ELISA kit is sensitive and specific for detection of Cat CD8A. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Cat CD8A and analogues was observed.
Standard deviation is less than 8% for standards repeated 20 times on the same plate. It is less than 10% when the same sample is measured 20 times by different operators.
