Paired Antibody for Human Calreticulin

The two antibodies for CALR have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of CALR in Human, Rat, Mouse, Guinea pig, Pig, Dog, Sheep samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.3 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.3 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
