Paired Antibody for Human Complement C3
The two antibodies for C3 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of C3 in Human, Rat, Guinea pig, Bovine, Horse, Pig, Dog, Goat, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
