Bovine 2-methoxy-6-polyprenyl-1,4-benzoquinol methylase, mitochondrial(COQ5) ELISA kit

The Bovine 2-methoxy-6-polyprenyl-1,4-benzoquinol methylase, mitochondrial(COQ5) ELISA kit is sensitive and specific for detection of Bovine COQ5. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Bovine COQ5 and analogues was observed.
Standard deviation is less than 8% for standards repeated 20 times on the same plate. It is less than 10% when the same sample is measured 20 times by different operators.
