Recombinant Borrelia Burgdorferi Basic Membrane Protein A produced in E. coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a calculated molecular mass of 36,239 Dalton. Borrelia BmpA is expressed with a -6x His tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Western blot with Lyme positive plasma.

Borrelia BmpA (1.3mg/1ml) is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-8.0, 6M Urea and 200mM NaCl.
