Paired Antibody for Human Bone morphogenetic protein 7
The two antibodies for BMP7 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of BMP7 in Horse, Pig samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0. 05 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
