Paired Antibody for Human Brain-derived neurotrophic factor
The two antibodies for BDNF have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of BDNF in Human, Guinea pig, Bovine, Pig, Dog, Rabbit, Goat samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.2 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
