Paired Antibody for Mouse Apoptosis regulator Bcl-2
The two antibodies for Bcl2 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of Bcl2 in Mouse, Horse, Pig, Dog, Chicken, Goat samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
