Paired Antibody for Human B-cell receptor-associated protein 31
The two antibodies for BCAP31 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of BCAP31 in Human, Mouse, Guinea pig, Bovine, Dog, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.125 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
