Paired Antibody for Human Beta-1,4-galactosyltransferase 3
The two antibodies for B4GALT3 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of B4GALT3 in Mouse samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.1 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0. 025 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
