Paired Antibody for Human ATP synthase subunit delta, mitochondrial

The two antibodies for ATP5D have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of ATP5D in Human, Guinea pig, Bovine, Horse, Pig, Goat samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
