Paired Antibody for Human Actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 3
The two antibodies for ARPC3 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of ARPC3 in Bovine, Pig, Dog, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.2 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
