Paired Antibody for Human Rho guanine nucleotide exchange factor 18
The two antibodies for ARHGEF18 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of ARHGEF18 in Human, Mouse, Pig samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.3 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
