Paired Antibody for Human ADP-ribosylation factor 4

The two antibodies for ARF4 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of ARF4 in Rat, Mouse, Guinea pig, Pig, Dog, Goat, Sheep samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
