Paired Antibody for Human AP-2 complex subunit sigma
The two antibodies for AP2S1 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of AP2S1 in Human, Rat, Guinea pig, Bovine, Horse, Pig, Dog, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.3 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.5 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
