Chicken AP 17 (Apelin 17) ELISA Kit

The kit is a Competitive enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of AP17 in chicken serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Chicken AP17. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Chicken AP17 and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross- reactivity detection between Chicken AP17 and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
