Sheep AMA IgA (Anti-Myelin antibody IgA) ELISA Kit

The kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of AMA IgA in sheep serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Sheep AMA IgA. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Sheep AMA IgA and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross- reactivity detection between Sheep AMA IgA and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
