Paired Antibody for Mouse Alkaline phosphatase, tissue-nonspecific isozyme
The two antibodies for Alpl have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of Alpl in Mouse, Bovine, Pig, Dog samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
