Paired Antibody for Human Fructose-bisphosphate aldolase A
The two antibodies for ALDOA have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of ALDOA in Mouse, Guinea pig, Bovine, Horse, Pig, Dog, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
