Paired Antibody for Human Activator of 90 kDa heat shock protein ATPase homolog 1
The two antibodies for AHSA1 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of AHSA1 in Mouse, Guinea pig, Bovine, Horse, Pig, Dog, Chicken, Goat samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.5 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
