The ADAM12 solution contains 20mMTris HCl and 50% Glycerol.
Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
ADAM12 although stable 4oC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18oC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
