The two antibodies for Actb have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of Actb in Chicken samples.

The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
