Paired Antibody for Human Protein AATF
The two antibodies for AATF have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of AATF in Human, Mouse, Guinea pig, Chicken, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
