WNT Inhibitory Factor 1 Human Recombinant
WIF1 produced in Hi-5 cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 369 amino acids (29-379 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 40.5 kDa, (48kDa on SDS-PAGE).
WIF1 is fused to 16 amino acid His Tag at C-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
