Human UCP-1 (Uncoupling Protein 1, Mitochondrial) ELISA Kit

The kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of UCP-1 in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Human UCP-1. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human UCP-1 and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross- reactivity detection between Human UCP-1 and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
