It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Human Trypsin in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Recombinant Human Trypsin although stable at room temp for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18oC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
One BAEE unit will produce a Delta A253 of 0.001 per minute in a reaction volume of 3.0ml at pH7.6 at 25oC (1cm light path). Trypsin digestion: suggested ratio (w:w) 1:20 to 1:1000 (Trypsin : Peptide).
