Western blot with:
a) SLE sera (secondary Sjogren¡¯s syndrome).
b) Monoclonal anti-hexa-His-tag antibody.
TRIM21 is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-7.6, 250mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
1. Binds IgG-type human auto-antibodies.
2. Standard ELISA test (checker-board analysis of positive/negative sera panels including CDC international reference sera).
Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Store at 4oC if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20oC for longer periods of time.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
