SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein IgG ELISA Kit
The SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein IgG ELISA Kit is designed to determine the presence or absence of human anti SARS-CoV-2 spike protein antibody (IgG) in serum or plasma samples from patients suspected of SARS-CoV-2 infection, which causes the CoVID 19 disease. It uses indirect-ELISA where the 96-assay plate supplied in the kit is coated with purified SARS-CoV-2 spike protein, which the human anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody (IgG) in the serum or plasma samples will bind. An HRP conjugated mouse anti-human IgG secondary antibody is used for signal development and detection.
