SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Protein IgG ELISA Kit

The kit is designed to detect the presence or absence of human anti-SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein antibody (IgG) in human serum or plasma samples from patients suspected of SARS-CoV-2 infection, which causes the CoVID 19 disease. It uses indirect-ELISA where the 96-assay plate supplied in the kit is coated with purified SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein, which the human anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody (IgG) in the serum or plasma samples will bind. An HRP conjugated mouse anti-human IgG secondary antibody is used for signal development and detection.
