SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Protein ELISA Kit

The SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Protein ELISA Kit is designed to quantitatively determine the concentration of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein in human serum or plasma samples from patients suspected of SARS-CoV-2 infection, which causes the CoVID 19 disease. It is a sandwich ELISA where the 96-assay plate supplied in the kit is coated with purified SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein specific antibody that will bind to any SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein in the human serum or plasma samples. A biotinylated detection antibody also specific to the bound SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein is used for signal development and detection.
