Peptide mix corresponding to T1L sigma 1 protein.
This antibody will block binding of virus.
1mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution).
Reconstitute with H2O. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
Antibody is shipped lyophilized at ambient temperature.
Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4oC.
In lyophilized form, for long periods, store at 4oC in a dry environment. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20oC.
For staining use 10ul per 1,000,000 cells. For other applications titer has to be determined by the investigator.
