Pig 1-acylglycerol-3-phosphate O-acyltransferase ABHD5(ABHD5) ELISA kit

The Pig 1-acylglycerol-3-phosphate O-acyltransferase ABHD5(ABHD5) ELISA kit is sensitive and specific for detection of Pig ABHD5. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Pig ABHD5 and analogues was observed.
Standard deviation is less than 8% for standards repeated 20 times on the same plate. It is less than 10% when the same sample is measured 20 times by different operators.
