Chicken 5-NT (5-Nucleotidase) ELISA Kit

The kit is a Sandwich enzyme immunoassay for in vitro quantitative measurement of 5-NT in chicken serum, plasma and other biological fluids.

This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Chicken 5-NT. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Chicken 5-NT and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross- reactivity detection between Chicken 5-NT and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
