Paired Antibody for Human Microtubule-associated protein 1S
The two antibodies for MAP1S have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of MAP1S in Bovine, Pig samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.2 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
