This kit is developed to quantify entotoxin levels in all kind of samples at a much lower cost. Traditional Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) methods measures endotoxin levels in a semi-quantitative manner through LAL interaction with endotoxin and determine the endotoxin levels by visual checking. The LPS ELISA kit uses monoclonal antibody assembled in a Sandwich ELISA kit to quantify the endotoxin level in samples. The results are more consistent and accurate, at a much lowered cost!
