LH Ultra Sensitive CLIA
The Ultra Sensitive LH CLIA (Chemiluminescence Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay) is used for the ultra sensitive quantitative measurement of LH in human serum or plasma.
ELISA kits come in different assay types like indirect, sandwitch or competitive ELISA to quantitatively or qualitatively measure an analyte's amount, presence or absence. Linear range of detection determines the amount of "target" can be detected accurately, while sensitivity determines the lower range or smallest changes of "target" can be detected.
