Paired Antibody for Human Ubiquitin-like protein ISG15
The two antibodies for ISG15 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of ISG15 in Rat, Guinea pig, Pig, Dog, Chicken, Sheep samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
