Paired Antibody for Sheep Interleukin-1 beta
The two antibodies for IL1B have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of IL1B in Guinea pig, Chicken, Pig, Dog, Bovine, Sheep, Goat, Horse samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.5 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
