Paired Antibody for Human Interferon gamma
The two antibodies for IFNG have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of IFNG in Human, Rat, Mouse, Guinea pig, Pig, Dog, Goat samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.2 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
