ELISA Kit for Fetal Hemoglobin (HBF)
The kit is a competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique for the in vitro quantitative measurement of HBF in human serum, plasma, erythrocyte lysates and other biological fluids.
ELISA kits come in different assay types like indirect, sandwitch or competitive ELISA to quantitatively or qualitatively measure an analyte's amount, presence or absence. Linear range of detection determines the amount of "target" can be detected accurately, while sensitivity determines the lower range or smallest changes of "target" can be detected.
