Glutathione-S-transferase, Mouse antibody
GST is often being fused to gene of interest for the purposes of protein detection and purification via its high affinity to glutathione. The GST tag is 220 amino acids long. Many commercial expression vectors also incorporate a protease cleavage site like a thrombin recognition sequence.

Purification Method
Reconstitution
Reconstitute with 1.0 ml of PBS. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. Protein after reconstitution is 2 mgs/ml.
