ELISA Kit for Fibroblast Growth Factor 15 (FGF15)
The kit is a competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique for the in vitro quantitative measurement of FGF15 in mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. FGF15 is the FGF-19 ortholog in mice and they have the same amino acid sequence.
ELISA kits come in different assay types like indirect, sandwitch or competitive ELISA to quantitatively or qualitatively measure an analyte's amount, presence or absence. Linear range of detection determines the amount of "target" can be detected accurately, while sensitivity determines the lower range or smallest changes of "target" can be detected.
