The recommended concentration in responsive cells is 0.1 to 2ng/ml corresponding to a specific activity of 0.5-10MIU/mg.
The FGF-basic Bovine was lyophilized from a concentrated sterile solution containing 50mM Na2HPO4, pH-7.5 & 0.5% HSA.
Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Greater than 95.0% as determined by:(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized FGF-2 Bovine Recombinant in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Lyophilized FGF2 Bovine although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18oC. Upon reconstitution FGF-b Bovine Recombinant should be stored at 4oC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18oC.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
