Paired Antibody for Human Fatty acid-binding, heart
The two antibodies for FABP3 have been tested as a pair in sandwich ELISA application for the quantitative detection of FABP3 in Human, Guinea pig, Pig, Dog samples.
The capture antibody is tested at 0.5 ug/ml and the detection antibody at 0.25 ug/ml. Optimal dilutions should be determined empirically for specific sample types and consumables you use.
